Will I receive confirmation of my application submission?
Yes, shortly after submitting your Resume/C.V., you will receive a confirmation email indicating the delivery. If you do not receive the confirmation email after 24 hours of submission, please re-submit your response.
How soon will I be contacted?
Response times will vary depending on many factors. Please be patient while we search for the most qualified applicants.
How will I know if I am selected for an interview?
If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted by a Hunting HR Representative to make arrangements for a meeting. Please note, no offer of employment will be made without an interview nor will Hunting ask for any payment in connection with an offer of employment.
What should I do if I am asked to make a payment in connection with an offer of employment that appears to come from Hunting?
Please notify us of any attempts of fraud related to employment matters at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How will I know if I’m not selected for an interview?
If you are not selected for an interview at this time, you will receive an email notification.
How many times can I apply?
It is best to apply to each open position of interest. If your qualifications meet the position’s requirements but you are not selected at this time, your Resume/C.V. will remain on file for three months. You may apply for multiple positions during the same time period.

Why can I not find the position I heard about?
The position may have been filled. You may submit a general application for consideration of future opportunities.
I am having problems uploading my Resume/C.V. What should I do?
Please ensure your Resume/C.V. is either .doc, .docx or .pdf file type. If you are still having problems you may contact the local HR Representative via email.
If I do not have a Resume/C.V., how do I apply?
You will need to create one.
May I submit one application for multiple positions?
It is best to apply to each open position you wish to be considered for. If your qualifications meet the position’s requirements, your Resume/C.V. will remain on file for six months. You may apply for multiple positions during the same time period.
May I apply directly at a service center?
Please apply via the Careers Website. Our locations do not have the equipment necessary for applicants to apply in person.
