Customer Service Representative HR11-00050

Job Purpose

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for formulating quotes, coordinating sales orders with pricing structure, and providing customer support as needed.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Formulates quotes on customer request.

Creates sales orders.

Coordinates with other departments as needed.

Maintains a complete and thorough knowledge of all company products and services

 

Required Skills/Experience

High School Diploma or GED Required

Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing oilfield tools

Experience with Pressure Control Equipment a plus

Knowledge of MRP and CRM systems desired

Desired Skills/Experience

 

Business or Manufacturing degree a plus

Experience with assessing CAD drawings
