Human Resource Project Admin
The HR Project Administrator provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
Provides general administrative and clerical support
Prepares letters and general office documents
May also assist with other clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing and collating
Performs special projects as assigned.
Perform additional tasks as required or assigned by manager.
Please note this is a part-time, temporary position with preference given to individuals with:
Availability to work Monday/Tues (other days, as mutually agreed upon)
Experience MS Office Excel user (pivot tables, queries, and general understanding of database principles).
Attention to detail
Sensitivity to confidential/private information is a must.
