Account Manager- Midland/Odessa HR4-00026

Job Purpose

The Account Manager position is responsible for the overall strategy and success of assigned accounts. With little supervision this position requires an entrepreneurial attitude and a desire to succeed.  This role requires some travel in North America.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Perform/daily weekly office visits.

Develop customer needs and make technical and commercial proposals to provide solutions to those needs

Constant communication with Field Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Transportation staff to insure successful product delivery

Provide short term and long term sales forecasts for assigned customers

Create and lead sales strategies for assigned customers

Meet and exceed sales targets

Travel to field as necessary

Follow up with post run analysis and performance updates with customer

Ensure correct billing and handle invoicing issues as required.

Required Skills/Experience

Mud Motor Experience is REQUIRED

Internal and external customer service skills.

Outgoing attitude with willingness to develop new relationships

Excellent commination and presentation skills

Team oriented

Understanding of basic financial data and terms

Ability to interpret and analyze technical data and documents related to oilfield drilling

Strong computer and application skills that include Microsoft Office

Clean Motor Vehicle Report

Desired Skills/Experience

5+ years sales experience in Oil & Gas industry

Product knowledge of Drilling Tools

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
